Now you can find our gluten free pies at another location in town - Whole Foods in Santa Barbara is now carrying our gluten free apple, pumpkin, pecan and strawberry rhubarb pies. They tell us the pies have been flying off the shelves as soon as they arrive to their store. Thank you Santa Barbara for all your support!

Due to the large number of orders we receive during the Thanksgiving holiday, we are offering a limited menu of Apple, Pecan and Pumpkin pies for the week of Thanksgiving. All orders must be pre-paid. Pick up will be on Wednesday November 23, 2011.
There will be a very limited supply of take and bake mixed berry and strawberry rhubarb pies available only on a first come first serve basis. We will NOT be able to reserve or hold any take and bake berry pies during this time. If you want to ensure you receive a mixed berry, or strawberry rhubarb pie, we strongly encourage you to pick up these take and bake items the week before Thanksgiving.

Organic. Local. Handcrafted. It’s not just a slogan but a value statement that represents our commitment to use locally sourced, fresh from the farm produce. We feel fortunate to be able to invest in our local farmers and keep our Santa Barbara County farming industry thriving and to supply you, our valued customers with delicious handcrafted pies.
The cost of ingredients and packaging has jumped several times since we last raised prices at Simply Pies. We have been able to hold down prices in the last year and half by streamlining efficiencies in our bakery. But the rising cost of ingredients has now outpaced our ability to improve our processes. Sadly our prices must now go up because our costs have gone up. This slight price increase will affect mainly our large quiche, pies and cheesecakes. Even as we increase the prices on some items, it is important to note that many of our prices have actually stayed the same. (You can view the new menu here.)
There is always a less expensive pie. There is always a less expensive anything. We never set out to make the least expensive pie. We set out to provide honest value by using the best quality fresh ingredients, locally sourced and free of pesticides, antibiotics and chemical fertilizers. We are proud of our pies and are honored by the people who enjoy them.
