At the Pie Cottage, we always have a selection of freshly baked GLUTEN FREE pies, quiches, cheesecakes and/or pot pies available daily and any of our menu items can be made-to-order in our delicious GLUTEN FREE crust.

If you are looking for an option to cook at home, you can always pick up frozen GLUTEN FREE TAKE & BAKE pie shells, fruit pies and pot pies. Enjoy a GLUTEN FREE pie anytime!


When several of our customers asked us to make GLUTEN FREE pies to accommodate dietary restrictions, we knew we had to do it! Why shouldn't everyone have their pie and eat it too? After experimenting with various combinations of GLUTEN FREE flours and ingredients, we created the perfect recipe – one that delivers a buttery, light and flaky GLUTEN FREE crust. Our customers often tell us that our GLUTEN FREE pie crust is the best tasting one they have had – even better than our original!  Come in for a sample and decide for yourself!

Are you a dedicated GLUTEN FREE bakery?

No. Although we do not operate a dedicated GLUTEN FREE bakery, we take great care in ensuring that all of our GLUTEN FREE items are prepared on separate surfaces and meticulously cleaned equipment.  All items are baked in a dedicated GLUTEN FREE oven to prevent cross contamination.

What do you use instead of wheat flour in your pie dough?

We use a combination of rice flour, tapioca starch and potato starch.

Is your GLUTEN FREE dough VEGAN as well?

No. We use an egg as a binding agent and unfortunately have not found a good substitute for it thus far.
